Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, technical writing, or English.
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience demonstrated performance, and education may substitute for degree requirements.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in using MS Word.
• Using organizational skills to maintain records and configuration/change control.
• Applying knowledge of desktop publishing applications to format, develop and revise procedures, manuals, reports, presentation materials etc.
• Must have excellent skills/knowledge of Microsoft.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining a DOE Q-clearance
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
