Who you are...
- You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous

- You have strong organizational skill with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced

- You have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally at least one year in hospitality / hotels or resort
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- You have a high school diploma or equivalency degree
- You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays
What you’ll do...
- Give our guests a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys
- Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenities
- Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability
- Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services
- Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner
- Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the account
- Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
