We are seeking a talented and experience Project Administrator to support our Public Sector/Education Team.

As a Project Administrator, or PA, at TETER, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of education projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to facilitate project coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in contributing to the success of our projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Prepares and processes client proposals, contracts, and scope change/contract modification documents.
  • Data Management: Enter project information in firm's project management system and ensures information is up-to-date throughout the duration of the project.
  • Reporting and Budget: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial records; prepare reports as requested; advise project leadership of variances; and assist in cost control efforts.
  • Billing - Assist with and supports monthly billing review/invoice cycle in conjunction with the Accounting Department.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including correspondence, contracts, work plans, etc. Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and professional.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years in an operational, analyst, or administrative support role in a professional services firm is required. Experience in architecture, engineering or construction is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering management, construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Very comfortable learning and utilizing computer programs and software including project management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to review and analyze data, project information, and communications, and take steps needed to ensure project success.
  • Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and effectively prioritize and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and organization.

Compensation:

The expected annual salary for this role is $26 - $36 per hour (must be willing to work in-office 50% of each week). Actual pay will be determined based on license, experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
