TESMO is a rapidly expanding Amazon channel management company, and we're seeking an experienced Operations/Project Manager!

Who we are:

We're an eCommerce agency specializing in the Amazon marketplace. We work primarily with medium-to-large consumer products companies in the US and Canada. Verticals we operate in include outdoor apparel, athletic apparel, pet treats, spices & herbs, skincare, beard products, diaper bags, and more.

We have a main office in Torrance, CA (in the Greater Los Angeles area), a fulfillment center, and a diverse team of nearly 30 members across the US and the globe.

Our best fit will be familiar with all of the above or have experience working with similar software.Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external projects. TESMO is continuously developing new capabilities, and improving existing ones. Each of those developments, improvements is a project that needs to be managed.
• Manage TESMO’s project management processes and systems, and work to improve them. Many of our current processes are managed in Google Sheets, and in Slack. Our approach is mostly working, but we need to evolve if we want to continue to grow.
• Facilitate project management skills and process improvement for TESMO team members.
• Responsible for client meeting agendas, coordinating with the client management team to ensure all sections are up to date and ready to be presented. Also responsible for meeting minutes, and management of project next steps from the meetings.
• Pinch hit. Help cover manager responsibilities when a manager seat is open, or when the department needs additional help.
• Build the TESMO process library. Each department has its own approach to process documentation, and its own way of storing it. We’re at a stage where we need to transition to a uniform format and process.
• Collaborate with the technology team to help implement new tech development into TESMO client operational processes.

Professionals with 5-7 or more years of experience in project management, and in management of business operations. You’ll be familiar with at least some of them.Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project and business management experience, ideally in eCommerce
• 3 years of experience working with Amazon Marketplace strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or some related major
• Strong quantitative skills, including an ability to analyze data in Excel/ Google Sheets
• Attention to detail. Details matter in our business
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to manage up, laterally, and down within an organization
• A commitment to team success. What we do is a team sport, and this role in particular needs to play well with others, and come from a place of deep commitment to the success of not only our clients, but of the TESMO team
