What to Expect
Workplace Coordinator is a position for a self-starter, must be extremely thorough, possess outstanding organizational skills, and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion for numerous projects. It is imperative this individual can take the initiative to drive results with minimal supervision, be solution oriented, and can coordinate with multiple parties involved.
What You’ll Do
Conduct facility audits and building inspections to ensure all Tesla Workplace supported spaces are maintained. Draft task lists during audits and submit tickets as needed for maintenance, repairs, and furniture replacement to internal stakeholders
Confirm all Workplace Operations ticketing requests. Receive, track, and prioritize Workplace requests from employees. Dispatch the associate team to execute and see through to completion
Coordinate furniture deployments and collaborate with the operations team to maintain furniture and workplace asset inventory; provide weekly inventory updates
Make improvements of the Workplace storage spaces improving functionality of work areas, ongoing inventory management, cleanliness of storage spaces and routine ordering supplies and furniture managed by the Workplace Team
Assist with ongoing continuous process improvements to create, implement, and maintain work processes. Support implementation of program procedures and policies by ensuring operational efforts are in line with business objectives
Work with other Workplace team members to assist as needed
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years of operations experience in a corporate setting preferred
A positive customer-centric can-do attitude and an enthusiasm for supporting internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and competent computer skills
Willing to sit, stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time and able to lift 50 lbs
Ability to wear PPE: safety glasses, safety shoes, HiVis vest, Hard Hats and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
