As a program manager joining our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying inefficiencies spanning various areas of the business, including design engineering, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, service, and more.
What You’ll Do
Drive cross-functional process and systems improvement projects for our vehicle engineering, supply, factory and service stakeholders
Work with business stakeholders to identify and define process or systems improvements
Document as-is and to-be business processes
Develop use-cases and business requirements for changes to PLM, ERP and MES systems
Work with Technical Solution Architects from our technology partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications for development
Support training and roll-out of process or tool changes
Facilitate business acceptance for implemented process or tool changes
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent
4 years of experience working in an organization that designs and manufactures complex hardware products. Automotive industry experience preferred. More senior roles available
4 years of experience working as a product manager for enterprise information systems
Prior experience driving system improvements to PLM/CAD (3DX/Catia) systems
Prior professional services or consulting experience
Bias towards actionable, pragmatic solutions and the drive to ensure that projects get done

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $300,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
