visibility operations platform. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our mission-critical systems. What You?ll Do

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions to automate
  infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment
  processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect resilient,
  scalable systems that meet the evolving needs of our organization
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and
  implement strategies to enhance reliability, security and efficiency
• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, working diligently to
  minimize downtime and mitigate the impact on our operations
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for
  production systems and address emergent issues as they arise
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to
  prevent recurrence of incidents
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices,continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our technology stack and processes

What You?ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or
  equivalent
• 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on
  building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Go, Python, or
  Java/Kotlin, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and experience with
  system administration tasks
• Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes
  & Helm
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a
  fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate
  effectively with cross-functional teams

Expected Compensation
$104,000 - $348,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
