The Battery Engineering organization is comprised of various teams, including Pack, Module, Structures, Devices, and Electronics engineering. The unique expertise of our team focuses on structural design of all vehicles Tesla puts on the road. We design the components that make up the foundation of the battery, enabling the most efficient and safe EVs on the road. While our team focuses heavily on ensuring occupant safety and maintaining controlled environments for the battery cells, our responsibility goes far beyond:

Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$80,000 - $300,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
