Help Tesla continue to meet its aggressive vehicle production goals. The successful General Assembly Project Manager candidate will be supporting multiple operational, process and plant improvement projects in our Model 3 factory. As a key member of the production leadership team, you will be required to wear many hats and adopt to a fast-paced work environment. You will work with stakeholders across our production, engineering, HR, and facilities teams to implement a wide range of projects, new systems and programs ranging from head count planning programs to lean manufacturing improvements. Besides a rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality, members on our team display excellent communication skills (internal and external) creativity, passion, and a desire to break new ground in a constantly shifting environment. Organized project management, attention to detail and strong excel analytical skills are key to succeeding in this role.

• Help Tesla continue to meet its aggressive vehicle production goals
• Support our operations leadership team in implementing new projects and processes
• Develop and manage project timelines and project reporting
• Conduct analysis of basic data to draw conclusions and propose new processes and systems that help improve the efficiency of our production plant
• Track progress towards and adherence to new systems and processes
• Develop weekly reporting structure and compile weekly reports for senior leadership
• Develop business cases for improvement projects and equipment acquisitions.
• Serving as point of contact for all teams assigned to the project to ensure team actions and priorities are aligned

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience
• Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business functions
• Positive attitude in stressful situations. Flexibility with last minute changes and working hours is necessary because different teams work in different time zones
• Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions in collaboration with your business partners
• Must be proficient user in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented, while also able to work independently
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately
• Previous experience with Jira and Confluence strongly preferred
