What to Expect

Tesla Energy Support Specialists handle a variety of customer issues while delivering world class customer service. Our team is the front line and face of the Tesla brand. We maintain a level of professionalism that exceeds our customers' expectations.

This role requires to be on-site in Austin, TX and is 100% in-person.

What You'll Do

Maintain Tesla's high standards for integrity, customer service and professionalism in all interactions and communications
Act as a subject matter expertise and cultivate trust with the customer as their singular point of contact
Increase levels of customer satisfaction by providing feedback for improvement to peers and leadership
Partner with various Tesla departments to resolve customer concerns
Stay up to date on the most current information and tools
Adapt, remain flexible, and execute on feedback provided

What You'll Bring

1 year of technical call center experience with a proven record of excellent customer service
1 year of chat experience preferred
Strong ability to empathize, listen actively, effectively communicate in verbal and written form with an attention to detail
Analytical skills to quickly identify concerns and implement solutions
Proven ability to effectively work in Windows and Microsoft office products, while comfortable learning new software platforms
Ability to work independently, and be both creative and resourceful when presented with challenging situations
