The Project Coordinator for the construction & engineering organization will support various construction projects at GFNV. The primary objective of this role is to support the construction and engineering teams by understanding, identifying, and improving project coordination processes. Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication and planning skills, sound judgment, creative problem-solving abilities, have a strong quality & customer-focused mindset, have the personal drive and stamina for relentlessness, and the ability to quickly adapt to change, along with a strong connection to Tesla's mission.

• Gather, organize, and distribute design requirements and inputs across from various end users
• Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing, and following up with action items daily
• Lead initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects while mitigating risk and variability
• Establish and maintain quality performance metrics
• Create and develop status reports and summaries for executive management in conjunction with project leads
• Track project design status from conception to handoff to execution teams
• Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the program goals

• Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in supporting facilities/infrastructure design processes and administrate tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must
• Willingness to get your hands dirty to understand the projects you are supporting
• Data science/analytic skills are a plus
• Ability to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals, and demanding work environment
