Requirements

Essential Functions:

* Support production department by providing complete fabrication and part drawings

* Support production by providing programs for CNC punch operation

* Regular interaction/communication with machine operators and employees for continuous improvement

* Maintain and develop fabrication and quality standards

* Read and follow plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines

* Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

* High School diploma, or equivalent

* At least 0-3 years of production/ manufacturing experience

* Ability to work in high pressured, fast paced environment

* Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Knowledge:

* Ability to read blueprints schematics, and various units of measurements

* Understanding of sheet metal fabrication process like notching, braking, and welding

* Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks

* Attention to detail

* Strong organization and Communication skills (both written and verbal)

* Understanding of Microsoft office suites

* 0-3 years previous experience with CNC equipment

Training and License Requirements:

* Tesco Controls, Inc basic safety training

* Forklift certified or the ability to obtain certification

Physical Demands:

* Required to pass a physical test

* Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, and bend

Pay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location. We may pay more or less than the range based on the person's qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future. In addition, Tesco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vacation, holidays, and 100% 401K match of your contributions up to 4% of your earnings.
