- Ideally, you have strong experience operating a manufacturing machine, including set-up, change-overs and routine trouble shooting.
- Your work history must be stable because training takes at least 3 months on every machine. Remember, no one comes here knowing how to make tape, so we will train you to make products for cars, appliances, overnight mail envelopes, and much more!

- above average pay. We pay new hires based on experience. and there are 5 job levels to achieve in Production by learning new machines.
- quarterly bonus. The 2023 average was $1,104 per Production employee, each quarter. New employees are eligible from Day 1.
- skill based pay. As you gain new skills by learning a new machine, your pay rate increases by $.50 - .75/hour, sometimes more. Annual performance reviews with potential increases, too.

- Responsible for setting up and operating the machine to produce high quality products and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Responsible for keeping blade set-ups maintained.
- Work with crush cut and razor blades, properly protected.
- Box, package, stack finished rolls weighing up to 50 lbs to heights of up to 6ft.
- Move skids of material and finished goods to and from machine area with a hand and/or electric pallet jack.
- Complete production data entry in SAP system.
