The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in our restaurant. Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently. * Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and health regulations. * Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including the dining area and kitchen. * Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. * Assist in the preparation of food and beverage items, including chopping ingredients, making sandwiches, and brewing coffee. * Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. * Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications: * Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items. * Strong team player with a positive attitude. * Must be able to pass Federal Background * Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
