Machine Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
- Ensure all equipment in the facility is operating and in good condition
- Responsible for scheduling and maintaining the preventative maintenance program
- Dismantle machines or equipment/ Replace defective parts and motors
- Assist with set-up's/ equipment changeovers and calibration of packaging and process equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders to perform required service maintenance and electrical schematics
- Building and Facility maintenance including electrical/plumbing/landscape
- Comply with GMP requirements ie: Hair Nets, Beard Nets, lab coats, and shoe coverings (provided by the company)
- 5 years general maintenance, troubleshooting and repair experience within a production/manufacturing environment
- Maintenance experience with the following machinery (not all required): Hydraulic presses, Pharmafill, V-Blender, Liquid Piston Filler, Automatic Labeler, SureKap, Capplus
- Heavy Lifting up to 50lbs
- No asthma
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
