Controller Responsibilities
- Financial reporting & analysis including direct labor & material review & analysis, costing labor reconciliation and utilization, OH monitor and review
- Monthly Forecasting, month end performance metrics, month end journal entries and month end closing with regional corporate finance team
- Maintains other metrics as needed to support the divisional leadership team and goals
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Lead periodic customer audits
Controller Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance/accounting field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership and people-development experience
- ERP/MRP experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- $140,000 - $160,000
- Annual company & individual performance based bonus
