A growing aerospace company in Tacoma is looking to add a Program Manager to their team.

This company provides manufacturing and assembly of complex, mission-critical component systems. With multiple facilities, this location specializes in Complex, Mission Critical Hard Metals, and high-speed aluminum machining.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage customer contracts and programs from start to finish; new product development to contract closure.
• Partner with the customer to ensure they’re satisfying all requirements through program life cycle.
• Communicate updates with client as well as any identified issues with resolutions, deadline updates, and more.
• Facilitate internal and external customer reviews.

You will be successful in this role if you have a background in managing customers and programs.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, flexible day shift hours.

CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of program management or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience working with customers in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using inspection equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000, depending on experience.
