This medical institute is one of the largest private group practices in the United States and is a specialty practice focused in the area of Neurosurgery and Spine Care and pain management.
Patient Care Coordinator Job Duties:
- Register new patients in the EMR system before scheduling the appointment
- Surgery scheduling and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Perform clinic room inventories and restock as necessary
- Complete the patient check-in process, greeting and rooming patients
- Prep charts- open chart encounters in Centricity and maintain patient records
Patient Care Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or working in a Medical Office
- Strong computer experience including Microsoft Word, Outlook etc.
- Experience with Centricity software is a plus- not required
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
