Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Feed Mill Manager to oversee our feed production operations. As the Feed Mill Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality animal feed. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage a team, maintain production schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of feed production, including ingredient receiving, grinding, mixing, and packaging
- Manage and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Train and supervise feed mill staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and quality control
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in feed mill management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of feed milling processes, equipment, and quality control standards
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, tankers, and other machinery
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
