Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety tasks. Mixing and measuring dough recipes. Boiling and baking bagels.

Prepping schemars and general cleanup tasks. Your attention to detail and passion for working within in a team enviroment will contribute to the success of our bagel shop.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bagels, boiling, shaping, proofing, and general shop prep
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Package bagels for display or wholesale takeout

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of baking and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
