- Positive Attitude- Willingness to do what's needed for the greater of the company and co-workers- Lift 50 lbs.- Stand on feet in a hot environment for a 8 hour shift, with open weekend availability. Baking Shifts are Tuesday-Saturday 10AM- 6PM- Enjoy working with others and baking- Team player- Ability to follow directions and learn- Ability to work independently and time manage themselves- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly to everyone, including management- Concern for health and food safety

Wage and Compensation: 

• Company-sponsored health insurance benefits (75% paid by us!) 
• 401k benefit (we contribute 3% of wages, regardless of how much you choose to!) 
• $12 per hour, starting wage
