Primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive the best experience possible, encouraging continual use of the company’s services or products.

Responsible for customer center retention / saves processes. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering and / or troubleshooting.

Prepares general correspondence and coordinates save efforts with other Business Unit (BU) teams as required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Handles customer calls who are at risk of cancellation and resolves complaints / concerns with the objective of retaining customers
• Communicates with customer via phone, email and texting platforms
• Provides superior customer service to existing customers
• Handles advanced residential billing and service issues
• Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
• Maintains and updates customer information as necessary

What do you need?

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years previous related experience is preferred
• Time management skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide customer quality service in all job tasks
• Ability to manage escalated calls from upset customers
• Ability to work assigned schedule regularly and reliably
• Ability to effectively make outbound calls, take inbound calls using a dialer and or manually
• Ability to use computer systems to navigate collections database effectively
• Effectively use skills and tools to locate, contact, and resolve delinquent debts
• Must successfully pass a background check
