Join Terminal Supply Company as our Network and Device Administrator. We are a Michigan based family-owned establishment, providing superior MRO parts and service founded in 1966. This position is supporting our 260 employees located in Troy, MI, remote sales representatives, and satellite branch locations. 

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm onsite in Troy, MI

Requirements

• Be a liaison with our MSP
• Assist in onboarding new hires with device and licensing set-up
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• Server/Printer/Network Maintenance
• Inform management of recurring problems
• Maintain companywide device inventory
• Administer domains

Preferred Skill Set

• Microsoft apps familiarity; including M365/Office/Outlook/OneDrive/SharePoint
• General knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
• Knowledge of printers, lasers, and label printers
• General knowledge of Auto Label Gold, Label Matrix, and Claris File Maker to escalate to the vendor
• AS400/iSeries with understanding 5250 emulation and keyboard mapping is a plus
