Terminal Bar is a high-volume cocktail bar with 26 Colorado drafts and a diverse food menu frequented by locals attending sporting events, concerts, and other social gatherings in Downtown Denver. Terminal Bar also welcomes and entertains travelers from all over the world stopping in to see the historic and beautifully renovated Union Station. In addition to Terminal Bar itself, we also offer service to guests in the Beer Garden, nestled between Terminal Bar and the Great Hall of Union Station. Terminal Bar on the Plaza not only boasts the best views of Downtown Denver from May to November each year but also offers our guests a slightly different menu experience with a multitude of seasonal beverages catering to the atmosphere.

We are currently in search of BAR-BACKS with a passion for hospitality and a thirst for knowledge! Our ideal candidate for the BAR-BACK role is an individual who is driven, trustworthy, and proves to be positively recognized by guests and team members alike for their performance. Our mission is to “create timeless memories of historic proportion”, and we strive to uphold a culture based on expanding meals into experiences by providing genuine care towards our guests.

Your role in our company would include the following day to day goals:

• Keeping glassware cleaned and stocked throughout the bar.
• Perform general sidework duties.
• Bussing seats at the bar.
• Communication with food runners, servers, and the bar team to ensure every guest is taken care of.
• Communication with management and team leads.
• Restocking product.

• Must have a keen eye for attention to detail and organization
• The ability to maneuver full kegs safely
• Self-aware and able to adapt to changes in protocol
• Able to work as an individual as well as in a team setting
• Must be able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
