Position: (Monday-Friday) Pay Range: $14-$19 per hour (based on experience)

As the first point of contact for our valued patients, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will support our marketing efforts to help grow our practice and reach more individuals in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimize office productivity.
• Assist with marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, and community outreach programs.
• Manage patient records, update databases, and handle administrative tasks accurately and confidentially.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
