As a door to door sales rep for Tephra Solar, you will work next to some of the most experienced solar salesmen in Salt lake market. On a daily basis we go out and talk to just 20 home owners about going solar. We are there to educate them on the benefits of owning their power versus renting it.

Tephra offers the most competitive compensation plan in the industry and gives a higher percentage of deals to the reps as commission.

When joining the Salt Lake Tephra team you will join a team of motivated people who are already finding success in the industry. Your leaders will have a copy and paste approach to your job that will help you generate reliable income from the first week.

Tephra offers weekly paychecks to help you get money rolling in fast. Many reps earn over 5k in their first 30days.

Positive attitude and a drive to be successful is a must. People must show up reliably and work 25-30 hours per week. Hours are typically in the afternoon. Talking to 20 people per day of work will yield the results listed above.
