**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Solar Design Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the submission of solar system designs to a third-party CAD company. This position does not require knowledge or use of CAD software, so CAD or other design experience is not necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate the submission of solar system designs to a third-party CAD company for drafting and engineering.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather project specifications and requirements.

- Review and provide feedback on completed designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of design submissions.

- Communicate effectively with both internal and external teams to resolve design-related issues and discrepancies.

- Assist in maintaining design documentation and records.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in the solar industry, particularly with solar interconnections and system design, is preferred but not required.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
