Daily responsibilities

• This is a non-sales position, however, there is an expectation that you will be receiving about 40-50 inbound calls per day and making a few outbound calls to follow up on missing information
• Handle inbound "First Notice Calls" from beneficiaries calling on behalf of Prudential Retirement policy holders
• CSRs will initiate for death claims, assist with the completion of claims, and status calls for our clients retirement based customers
• Maintain a professional and empathetic disposition when speaking to beneficiaries
• Explain benefit coverage to beneficiaries
• Document and investigate claims from beginning to end
• Communicate with beneficiaries effectively and professionally
• Offer World-Class customer service by providing complete and accurate information to clients in a multi-task, high-pressure environment that requires attention to detail
• Meet and exceed production, attendance, quality and service goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
