Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic & detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As an integral member of our organization, you will assist in facilitating the production of tensile membrane shade sails.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut shade fabric according to individual project specifications.
• Use CNC cutting software to cut patterns accurately.
• Clearly label and organize project-specific materials to be sewn by seamster(s)/seamstress(es).
• Perform Quality Control and final handling and shipping preparation on orders.
• Maintain and clearly communicate inventory and material needs to Operations Manager.
• Assemble hardware and other materials as part of order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Ability to pass a drug test and background test (required)
• 1 year of general warehouse and/or manufacturing experience (required)
• Ability to lift 70 pounds (required)
• Self-motivated, but also be able to work cohesively with a team (required)
• Abilility to thrive in a fast-paced environment (required)
• Organized & efficient (required)
• General computer and file navigation skills (required)
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different responsibilities and tasks, as needed (required)
• 1 year sewing experience (preferred)
• CNC software experience (preferred)
• Forklift experience (preferred)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 hour lunch break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,500.00 - $37,500.00 per year
