Research Analyst - TS/SCI

TENICA is looking to hire a Research Analyst for work supporting a federal government agency in Washington DC. This is a hybrid position (approx. 50% on site and 50% telework). MUST HAVE A TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE.
The Research Analyst will be responsible for using knowledge of research tools and industry trends to conduct research projects in the area of Export Administration. Duties include communicating with project lead and collaborating with other stakeholders to identify research objectives, reviewing statistical data or industry reports to aid research projects and compiling findings into a comprehensive report for our federal government customer.
Responsibilities:
Performs review of information related to national and international trade and conduct research on appropriate statistical methodologies.
Summarizes research findings and identify key information of interest.
Provide support on study design, database, and statistical methodology.
Prepare draft and make revisions for study deliverables.
Revise and finalize study deliverables with project manager's guidance.
Attends Research Analyst meetings, internal project meetings, and internal technical trainings.
Understands and interpret statistical results.
Ability to translate project calls into meeting minutes.
Understand and interpret statistical results.
Prepare and present oral briefings and written reports for senior officials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, International Affairs, National Security, or other related field (Master's Degree preferred)
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SAS, and Microsoft Outlook
1-3 years relevant experience
