The ideal candidate for this role, should have 7 years of professional design experience in all phases of design from discovery through final implementation with an emphasis on interface design. This person should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-disciplinary teams, while demonstrating a problem-solving mindset and a “can-do” attitude. The person taking on this position should have past experience working with complex systems and conducting user research to improve usability, as well as experience building design systems and component libraries. They must possess strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain their process and decisions to others.
