REPORTS TO: Director of Community Organizing, Policy, and Planning

STATUS: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
LOCATION: 210 Golden Gate Ave, San Francisco, CA
WAGE RANGE: $85,900 - $96,000/year
SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Community Organizing, Policy, and Planning, and in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, the Policy Manager is responsible for leading and executing TNDC’s policy agenda. The Policy Manager will focus on policy work related to issues that affect TNDC’s organizational sustainability and align with community priorities: Permanent Supportive Housing funding and programming (including policy development supporting PSH and affordable housing tenant stability); investment strategy for improving Single Room Occupancy hotel stock, and policy and funding supporting ongoing investment in the Tenderloin neighborhood.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
