Description

Our service offerings include system analysis and design, application engineering, custom pump assembly, fabrication and machining, automation and controls, and equipment service, repair, and remanufacturing.
Summary: Provide support to the Municipal Engineered Project Sales Team. Coordinate all aspects of jobs, from the advertisement of the bid through the end of the warranty period of the project.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university; or 3-5 years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

General Skills: Ability to solve problems and work with vendors and/or customers to resolve issues in a timely manner. Be detail-oriented and organized. Possess critical thinking skills to help anticipate issues before they arise (when that is possible)
Language/Communication Skills: Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, including construction bid plans and specifications, vendor quotes, vendor price books, vendor specification sheets, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The ability to write routine proposals, reports, and correspondence. The ability to technically present information and respond to questions from the sales engineers, vendors, customers, managers, service team, or other employees. The ability to communicate proficiently in both verbal and written forms.
Mathematical Skills: Students must be able to perform basic mathematical equations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, the use of whole numbers, percentages, and decimals. Also, understand basic concepts of rotating equipment and general fluid physics.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, the individual should have basic computer skills including knowledge of MS 365 Software (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Must have the ability to learn Tencarva ERP software and how to navigate vendor configurators and websites.
