Ten Mile is looking for a self-motivated and career-driven individual to join our Accounting Team. This role reports to the CFO and is a part-time position with pay up to $25 an hour.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Accounting in a construction environment preferred.
• Logging transactions into accounting software.
• Experience with billing, payables and payroll accounting.
• Experience corresponding and interacting with vendors, customer and employees in a professional manner.
• Ability to work with project managers regarding billing and costs of work completed in the field.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative working style. This dynamic industry changes rapidly from client to client!
• Customer service skillset via phone, email, and MS Teams.
• Robust Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to process issues.
• Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with all levels in the organization.
