Ten Bridge Communications is Hiring a Communications Manager Near Boston, MA
- Act as a key account team member supporting Ten Bridge efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to implement the full range of client responsibilities
- Ensure smooth, timely and accurate project management across accounts and multiple, simultaneous projects, proactively keeping account leads and teams updated on progress and potential challenges
- Develop content for a wide range of client projects, including social media and website content, press releases, and media materials
- Conduct media outreach and support milestone media monitoring as needed
- Proof variety of materials
- Manage client and internal Ten Bridge Communications review process
- Work collaboratively with our creative team to align on project variables and timelines
- Help lead and participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetings
- Develop a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of our work
- Offer support and guidance to Communication Associates
- Demonstrate proven ability to understand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communications
- Drive social media strategy and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline with 4 years of agency experience
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- A passion for immersing oneself in the biotech industry
- A desire to help build and nurture a culture of collaboration excellence and growth, and an ability to think creatively at all times
