Ten Bridge Communications is Hiring a Communications Manager Near Boston, MA

Are you a talented communications manager with the desire to work with leaders in the biotech sector? We’re a thriving strategic communications, digital and creative agency based in Boston that works with trailblazers in the biotech industry. We’re looking for a motivated, curious and enthusiastic communications manager who will provide input and execute on the many facets of our clients’ social and communications programs.Please Note: Our headquarters office is located in downtown Boston, MA. Our Boston area employees collaborate in office together three days a week with flexibility/remote work on other days. What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:
  • Act as a key account team member supporting Ten Bridge efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to implement the full range of client responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth, timely and accurate project management across accounts and multiple, simultaneous projects, proactively keeping account leads and teams updated on progress and potential challenges
  • Develop content for a wide range of client projects, including social media and website content, press releases, and media materials
  • Conduct media outreach and support milestone media monitoring as needed
  • Proof variety of materials
  • Manage client and internal Ten Bridge Communications review process
  • Work collaboratively with our creative team to align on project variables and timelines
  • Help lead and participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetings
  • Develop a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of our work
  • Offer support and guidance to Communication Associates
  • Demonstrate proven ability to understand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communications
  • Drive social media strategy and implementation
What You’ll Bring to Our Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline with 4 years of agency experience
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • A passion for immersing oneself in the biotech industry
  • A desire to help build and nurture a culture of collaboration excellence and growth, and an ability to think creatively at all times
