Description

Position Overview

The Project Manager will provide support to the Project Leader to plan and execute the EVV project plan and develop best practices and tools for the project management function. The duties include supporting a range of project management activities including the project plan, risk matrix, file management and file structure. The position will also lead the training administration stream of work and work in close partnership with the EVV training team and other members of the EVV team—including vendors and the client. EVV is the current focus but role will extend to other projects based on business requirements.

Project Management

  • Develops, updates, and shares detailed project plans.
  • Liaises with team members and project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Develops agendas and leads team meetings as needed.
  • Supports monthly reporting and invoicing activities. 
  • Analyzes data as required.
  • Conducts administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management and other defined parties.
  • Provides transparent communication across all relevant parties and makes associated documentation readily available.
  • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risks.
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Training Administration

  • Responsible for the project management of the training work stream. Works in close partnership with the EVV training leader to plan, execute and report on the training project plan.
  • Prepares and delivers PPT program status updates and analytics reporting for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Understands and drives TimeTap configuration strategy and provides configuration oversight of training scheduling and registration tool.
  • Oversees completion of all training operation deadlines—including new schedules.
  • Oversees maintenance and updates to TimeTap user guide.
  • Reviews and adjusts training strategies and communications, as needed, to increase training registration, completion rates, and overall EVV technology adoption. 
  • Monitors training program processes and procedures; identify opportunities for optimization. 
  • Coordinate production releases and rollouts for changes to the EVV training materials in collaboration with instructional designer and the EVV trainers.
  • Develops strategies and leads training material triage & update process. 
  • Manages Language Support process for non-English learners. 
  • Work with Tempus to develop SCO/PCM Training Content (ongoing). 
  • In partnership with the reporting lead, design, customize and support evolving training reporting requirements—including optimize reporting for web-based modules and Google analytics reporting to track usage, attestation by: wave, end-users location, mode etc.
  • Monitor and report on training feedback and implement needed responses to the feedback.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field strongly required. 
  • At least five years of project management-related experience required.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft project and other collaboration tools required.
  • Experience with instructional design methodology and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with TimeTap, or other similar cloud-based scheduling and registration applications a plus. PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
  • Teamwork approach, enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed!

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
