We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Electrical/Low Voltage Project Manager to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage, project management, OSHA 30, construction drawings, NFPA 72, and NEC. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical and low voltage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may impact the project schedule or budget
• Manage change orders and other project documentation
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that arise

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical and low voltage construction project management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction drawings, NFPA 72, and NEC
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
