On-boarding Specialist
The role of the On-boarding Specialist is to have a complete understanding of the application process and provide guidance and clarity to applicants during the onboarding (phase 2) stage. He/she will be in direct contact with applicants from the beginning, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their expectations and required actions.
Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicate expectations and requirements to applicants and act as their guided support system throughout the application process
- Have a solid understanding of all the legal documents needed from applicants and be able to explain the justification of them
- Work closely and communicate regularly with the operations teams, ensuring deadlines are being met and applicants do not become dormant
- Make applicants feel they are supported and act as a main point of contact for all questions, concerns, and unclarity
- Take ownership over a pool of applicants and find the most effective way for all of them to cross the finish line to employment
