Delta Capita is Hiring a Senior Client Onboarding/Documentation Specialist Near New York, NY

Role Summary

We are looking for a Vice President to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to initially support one of our clients in a Client Onboarding/Fixed Income Documentation role.

This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing business within our CLM department and work with some of the world's leading financial institutions. This role requires an individual to focus on delivering high-quality work within project deadlines. The preferred candidate will have prior experience in both Client Onboarding and Fixed Income Documentation, supported by great attention to detail, interpersonal/communication skills, and an ability to work in high-pressured environments within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and streamline the current client onboarding process.
  • Manage FICC documentation, facilitating communication between clients and the FICC (Fixed Income Clearing Corp.).
  • Collaborate closely with repo Sales and Trading teams to prioritize onboarding tasks.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure completion of FICC forms.
  • Assist the ISD (Institutional Securities Documentation) team in tracking overall progress and documentation processes for clients.
  • Stay up to date on the development of the new DTCC onboarding platform by collaborating with FICC and integrating it with client onboarding and operational teams.
  • Develop processes and pipelines for the FICC clearing project.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Client Onboarding and Fixed Income Documentation.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:

As a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with our client's policies and expectations, and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. For this initial role, the client requires the candidate to work from their office 5 days per week during the 1-month training period. Following training, the requirement will shift to a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client's demands.

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000

How We Work:

Delta Capita is an equal-opportunity employer. We positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of age, color, disability, national origin, ancestry, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, perform essential job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
