Temple St. Clair founded her namesake company in 1986 in Florence, Italy, thus beginning her collaboration with the world's finest goldsmiths. Nearly four decades later, and now headquartered in New York, Temple St. Clair is recognized as one of America’s pre-eminent independent jewelry brands with a collection of timeless, recognizable designs that span fine jewelry, high jewelry and haute couture. In 2017, Temple St. Clair joined Louis Comfort Tiffany and Alexander Calder as the third American jewelry designer whose work is represented in permanent collection of the Museum of Decorative Arts at the Louvre in Paris. ABOUT THE ROLE
TSC is currently looking to hire a dynamic, motivated, and energetic Client Advisor to join our growing DTC team. In this role, you will be all about the client, serving as an advisor to those who walk through the door, call, text, email or DM us directly. You will nurture existing client relationships and proactively cultivate new ones, always striving to meet sales goals and to expand our roster of happy TSC clients.
The Client Advisor will serve as an ambassador of the TSC brand, embodying our philosophy and values with every interaction. Through expert storytelling and in-depth product knowledge, you will deliver exemplary experiences that define Temple St. Clair.
This role is based in our boutique, and the Client Advisor will possess a comprehensive understanding of the boutique's operations. The Client Advisor will serve as a keyholder and will have opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
