What we’re looking for 

We are looking for a positive and creative part-time digital/web assistant to join our Creative team in Copenhagen and contribute to the digital growth of our Demand and Product marketing teams in all our global offices.

This is a unique opportunity to work across a broad cross-section of the creative side of B2B marketing. You will get the opportunity to learn and work together with multiple teams within a company that is growing in multiple markets while gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising, web development, campaign creation, and much more.

This role reports to the Creative Director and collaborates closely with both Demand and Product marketing teams, putting you at the center of creative decision-making and content production. 

This is a part-time role and will work around 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities 

• Support web development projects
• Assist in web content updates
• Support with system maintenance
• Apply SEO best practices to our website, especially to our blog
• Support marketing campaign execution
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from the web
• Assist with ad campaign set-up when required
• Complete other administrative tasks as required 

Requirements 

• Knowledge of basic marketing concepts (growth marketing is a valuable addition) with a great desire to learn more
• You’re comfortable with technology and enjoy learning about new tools and platforms
• You have an analytical mindset and like to understand the outcome and impact of the work you do
• Familiar with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, and Marketo
• Proficient in English and comfortable writing content for the web
• A great communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with either front-end or back-end web development (a nice to have but not expected)
