Job Summary:
TempExperts is partnered with a thriving insurance company for a Property and Casualty Insurance Representative position in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must have their 20-44 Lines in good standing with the state of Florida. This role will focus on Personal Lines and must be familiar with Auto & Home Insurance.
Responsibilities:

• Work in a customer-focused environment providing a high level of support to our clientele.
• This encompasses sales and service functions including servicing existing insurance policies.
• Processing new business applications and facilitating renewals and amendments.
• The role will also help manage our day-to-day agents and support staff.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and skilled at multitasking.

Requirements:

• Current 20-44 license in good standing with the state of Florida.
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of general insurance underwriting policies/procedures and adherence to compliance guidelines as set forth with individual carriers.
• Continued education requirements must be up to date.
• Communicate effectively with others in a teamwork environment and with the public.
• Basic knowledge of P.C. software applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.)
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills including sales skills of insurance products.
• Proposals and presentations (samples may be required at the time of interview).
