Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management.

Duties:

- Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Uphold food safety standards and oversee proper food handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support the General Manager in restaurant management tasks such as inventory control, scheduling, and financial reporting
- Supervise and train employees to maintain a high level of service quality
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen management, food safety practices, and restaurant operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant software
