This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities:

Installs, maintains and repairs products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at the client and/or field locations. Instructs customers in equipment operation, provides technical assistance, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots equipment for malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Performs one or many of a wide range of identity enrollment tasks, including installation, site surveys, enrollment operations, hardware inspection, system troubleshooting, etc. Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance and limited troubleshooting. Travels frequently to different sites in performance of duties., including:

• Provides quality installation, inspections, preventive maintenance and support of equipment deployed to facilities
• Installs, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance to technical devices, cabinets, and other equipment
• Inspects facilities to ensure equipment is set-up properly and works with managers to optimize site set-up
• Must participate and successfully complete all training as required by the company
• Services customers and provides a professional and welcoming experience
• Performs identity verification and other services necessary to perform identity enrollment services
• Provides user training and assists users with troubleshooting issues
• Performs other duties as assigned

Under general supervision, the applicant shall be capable of performing additional tasks and support assignments that are semi-routine in nature. The applicant must be detail oriented, with an ability to follow detailed instructions.

Qualifications:

• High School plus advanced training, and 1 - 2 years of experience
• DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) level of trust or higher is required. Preference will be given to applicants who already the DHS EOD
• Proficiency operating a computer, mouse, and other technology devices and comfortable learning new technology
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to job sites, do overnight travel, and work nights and weekends as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
• Willing to travel up to 25%
• Applicant must be legal to drive rental vehicles

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
