prepare all garnishes; ensuring that all drafts are functioning properly, checking keg levels and staging replacements when needed

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :
Education and / or Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). At least 1-3 years bartending in comparable establishment.
Language Skills :
Read, speak, understand and write English, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Knowledge of other languages a plus.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals;
calculate percentages, discounts etc.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Computer Skills :
Ability to operate POS

The wage range for this position is $11.40 - $14.00 / hr. This position does have the ability to earn tips.
