Overview: TELICS is seeking a highly skilled Line Construction Manager to oversee power utility distribution projects in the Culpeper, Virginia area. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in power distribution line construction or design, with a strong understanding of NESC compliance. Knowledge of fiber construction is a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of power utility distribution line construction projects in the Culpepper area.

· Ensure compliance with NESC regulations and company standards.

· Review completed line construction projects to identify any discrepancies from the original design and ensure ESC compliance.

· Provide guidance and support to field crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility line construction or design.

· Working knowledge of power distribution systems and construction practices.

· Familiarity with NESC regulations and ESC compliance standards.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.

· Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects; per diem provided for travel expenses.
