Essential Functions

As a Compliance Assurance Admin, you will:

• Access email box and extract inspection reports received from field inspectors. Review inspection reports for completeness, accuracy and confirm the report was signedoff by store manager. Attach inspection report(s) to the appropriate work order.
• Review inspection reports for spelling/grammatical errors, and technical inaccuracies, updating as necessary. Call/email field inspectors to obtain answers to inaccuracies/missing information.
• Responsible for transferring data into computer files or database systems.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Identify red/yellow tagged deficiencies and create Authority Having Jurisdiction notification(s) and send them to the appropriate jurisdiction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

At Telgian, we are looking for high performing associates to drive excellence in service to support our overall business growth. To achieve this, you will have the following skill sets to apply:

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 0 to 3 years general office experience preferred.
• Working competency in MS Office Suite; Microsoft Excel skill sets are preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software and/or enterprise/ERP systems desired but not required.
