The UX/UI designer will be a tenacious customer advocate creating user experiences that exemplify our passion for delivering experiences that both delight our users and solve our customers’ challenges. With one foot in creative and the other in implementation, you will be working closely with a team of creatives, marketers, product leaders, engineers, and more to deliver innovative experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build best in class UX designs delivering a range of designs from low-fidelity wireframes to high fidelity interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to help create journey maps, mind maps, and user flows
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research and lead brainstorming sessions
• Resourcefulness in performing user testing and A/B testing to understand the value of your prototypes
• Use evidence and data based decisioning with analytics tools including Google Analytics, WalkMe, Pendo, etc.

Essential requirements:

• Ability to bridge the gap and have collaborative conversations with stakeholders who approach design from different angles
• Able to accept constructive feedback and listen with an open mind
• Experience working in a design process like Empathetic Design, User Centered Design, Five elements, Lean UX, or Design thinking.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with Figma and Adobe
• Excellent understanding of typography with experience designing text heavy layouts
• Experience working with an existing design system/brand and writing design specifications for developers
