The ideal candidate has a passion and talent for all aspects of the design process, from user research, to interaction and visual design.The designer should deliver outstanding quality of designs but can also aggressively prioritize, ship quickly, and iterate. Ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, agile & lean setting in which data takes a crucial place in informing learnings and iterations. This is a full-time position in our New York office.QualificationsWhat you'll do:Lead the user experience and interaction design of our consumer facing digital properties (web and mobile) as well as dashboards for internal and external clients.Design and produce user interfaces and interaction design specifications using participatory and iterative design techniques including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and other forms of discoveryEffectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationaleExecute in a fast-paced and highly unstructured startup environment where thought and initiative are valuedWho you are:3 years of full time experience as a user experience or interaction designer, or similar role.
