Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced office professional, to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for assisting in the payroll process, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various accounting tasks.
Duties:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
- Maintain accurate and thorough records in company database
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees
- Assist with accounts receivable duties as needed
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have proven skills in a small office setting along with prior payroll or accounting assistance responsibility. Comfort working in a small department where everyone pitches in. Ease with office equipment and databases. Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
Monday through Friday; on site. 8:30 - 5:00 with 1/2 hour lunch.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
